slowly but surely apple inc. is stepping the iphone up. they are sure not to do it to fast in fear of the iphone plateauing (meaning that they didnt wanna put all the great features on the first model iphone because they wouldnt have any new features to add to the iphone g3 and the new iphone 3gs). furthermore, apple recently released the 3rd generation of the iphone called the 3gs and is available in the colors black and white.
the new features of the 3gs are:
--improved performance
--built in video camera with editing
--new higher 3 mega pixel auto focusing camera
--voice control
--a compass
--landscape keyboard
--better battery life
--*multimedia messaging!!!!*

the price has stayed reasonable at $199 for the 16gb and $299 for the 32gb for the new phone. apple has also now introduced the no contract pricing option (which is a very big deal) starting at $399 for the 16gb and $499 for the 32gb. the price of the older iphone 3g has dropped to a very affordable $99.

laziness
laziness (also called indolence)- [ley-zee-nes]-- the lack of desire to expend effort. chronic laziness may be an underlying psychological condition.
i use to just think that i didnt give a fukk bout anything, but it has come to my attention that i am suffering from chronic laziness. no joke. i usually never feel like doing anything. i can be bored as hell, but too lazy to get up and do something productive. i eat cereal a high percentage of the time because i am to lazy to cook or to impulsive to wait for the oven to heat up. i can be starving in my room, but be to lazy to get up and get something to eat. "intellectual laziness" is used to describe a tendency not to ask questions or investigate thoroughly. i also suffer from this condition. if somebody were to tell me that they ate a lizard, i wouldnt ask a single question and just accept the fact that they did that because my mind doesnt feel like using the energy it takes to ask a question or use the energy it takes to interpret their response to the question.
there is some underlying psychological condition causind me to be so lazy but i wont share that with you...

livestrong for cancer
the lance armstrong foundation has fought cancer for 28 million people with the money that has been raised since 1997. i personally remember back when i was in 6th grade where it was a necessity to have one of his yellow livestrong bands round your arm or you wernt considered "cool". they became such an item of fashion that they were impossible to get. costing only $1, these wristbands were sold out everywhere. i actually remember one dude taking the thick wristband-like ruberband from a stalk of broccoli and coloring it yellow and writing "livestrong" onto it.
support livestrong and the excellent cause that the proceeds go to. cancer kills too many innocent lives. -------- www.livestrong.org
here are some of the great items that can be bought in support for livestrong cancer treatment and research.

fox bails out on obama
now im not a political person at all but the other day i was driving and listening to the radio and i herd that fox (one of the worlds largest networks) will not be broadcasting live press coverage from president obama. i mean its not a big deal to me considering i dont watch his press coverage at all, but its kind of a controversial subject considering that fox signed a non-binding agreement to air his press coverage. this basically means that is being payed by the government to air obamas press coverage but since the agreement is non binding, they dont necessarily have to broadcast it.

i mean from what i heard, obama only speaks about the issues for a brief period of time, then can let you continue watching your show. but its totally awesome how fox news nexwork would rather show people falling off obstacle courses in their series "wipe out" than to update us on the status of our country.....mabye somebody needs to reprioritize?? according to the associated press, "this has been a reoccurring issue with fox"

always dress to impress

Inferiority complex is a common syndrome to experience at social occasions when nervousness grows are you realise that you are possibly the smallest fish in the pond. The act of convincing other guests that you’re an important guest begins at home, in the wardrobe. If surrounding guests will be millionaires, then dress up like a billionaire and if fellow guests will be fighter pilots, wear an astronaut suit. Fear underdressing rather than overdressing. Strong presence and posture tend to attract curiosity of bored guests. Be a maverick by wearing a red bow tie to a black tie event, but abstract appearances should be ideally be mitigated with very powerful credentials and merit.

anger from the clothin hangers
i truly and honestly hate sales associates at retail clothing stores!!! every time i walk into a store they hop right on me and who ever im with and give us what i call "the run-through." you know when they come right up to you and ask how you are doing and let you know "were having a buy one get one 50% off sale when you spend $100,000 or more and all our selected styles are and extra 10% off when you use your store credit card and our new arrivals and in the front of the store, just let me know if you need help with anything"
so soon as i walk in the store im ready to walk out because the sales associates done talked me to death with the "run-through speech"!!! so as i look around the store, it somehow seems like they are following me around. i want to think they they are doing a good job with helping me but something in the back of my mind just tells me that "because im an african american male i am 3x as likely to steel something and they need to follow me around to make sure i dont steel anything." so im highly pissed thinkin wtf can yall just let me look around the store in peace. but obviously thats too much to ask. every time i pick up something or just take a glance at it, they immediately say "thats one of our new arrivals, would you like to try this on? i can start a dressing room with this item for you? i like this item a lot, it looks perfect for you"

a lot of the time i say "no, im just lookin around, ill let you know if i need help" so they walk away for the time being, but soon as i pick up an item that im interested in buying, some sort of sensor goes off in their mind and they come runnin back over to say "can i take these to the register for you?" i always just let them and i think to myself that "at least i dont have to carry anything around, and i just hope that they not racially profiling me"
so if i walk to another part of the store another sales associate hops right on me and tries to give me the run-through but they stop when i start to complete they sentences and they say "oh, you must be familiar with our sales and promotions" and i tell them yes, im very familiar!! (seems like all the sales associates are trained like robots to say and do the same things)
so when i go to checkout with whatever items i got and it never fails that they ask "would you like to apply for our rewards program, for every 250 points you gain you receive $5 dollars in store credit" and i tell them i already have it....then they ask "would you also like to apply for our store credit card, you will receive ten percent off of your purchases today and every time you use the card".... like always i say no thank you.
so as you can see shopping lately hasnt been the greatest experience ,and im sure you have been through the same.

designer cigarettes
so they sellin disigner filter cigarettes. for like $28 a carton. like wow. some smokers smoke 3 packs a day, thats like $84 a day $588 a week $30,576 a year for these designer cigarettes. they should have a label on the carton that says "for the wealthy only". but anyone in they right mind wouldnt spend $28 on a carton of cigarettes or lease not in this recession.

michael jackson controversory
bill o'reilly & al sharpton debate on michael jackson! bill o'reilly says michael jackson is not important
wtf??
the origional video that got people hyped up.
some people just dont want to let anyone get any recongnition. some people focus on just the bad things in a person so much that they are blinded to the fact that they did many more good things.

stupid as hell bruno interview

Dear Brüno, I am shocked by the cost of jeans these days. I saw one pair that retailed for $700—how is that possible?
Zat’s ze great thing abaus ze recession—stores are cutting zeir prices.
Dear Brüno, how can I get some “Efron hair”? Or at least some “Pattinson hair”?
Ich vouldn’t bother getting a Zac Efron hairstyle right now, cos ich am about to change mine and he’s certain to copy me again. In terms of grooming, ze only thing he hasn’t copied me with ist getting his ballensack pierced—vell, he hadn’t had it done ze last time ich saw him.
Dear Brüno, how would you define “Obama style”?
Firstly, ich vant to say zat I find Obama an inspiration—it gives me great hope zat, after years of struggle, someone can at last get to ze White House, despite being incredibly hot. On ze other hand, it’s slightly disappointing that he needed zat beard, Michelle, to help him—but vone shtep at a time. In terms of his style, he perfectly bridges Serious und Sexy...Oval Office und Oval Orifice.
Dear Brüno, can men wear heels? When and why?
Of course. Some guys look great in heels—ze singer Pink, for example. Alzo, mein last boyfreund, Diesel, vas a genuine Pygmy only three eight, so ich made him vear heels so he could give me plow jops mitout me having to bend mein knees.
Dear Brüno, my wedding is approaching and I am desperate to impress my bride. What is appropriate groom’s attire for a Labor Day nuptial?
If Brüno vas about to be married to a voman, I’d be vearing a noose.
Dear Brüno, when I walk into a fancy designer-clothing store, the sales clerks are brusque and intimidate me. Is there anything I can do to be treated better?
You sound like ein “normie” to me—I’m glad zat high-end stores are trying to keep ze likes of you avay. Vhen I go to a store, ze first thing I look for ist ein vheelchair ramp—if zey’ve got one, I won’t go in. Ich find zose mongoloidische guys such a downer.
Dear Brüno, who are the other best-dressed world leaders of all time?
JFK. Obama. Castro. Timberlake.
Dear Brüno, I’m a big believer in a “uniform”—wear the same clothes day in, day out. If you had such a uniform, what would it be?
Sadly, the glory days of ze Austrian uniform vere sixty-five years ago. Zis season’s vardrobe essential, thanks to Madonna und me, is ze “Little Black Child.”
Dear Brüno, the United States military is constantly trying to update its battle gear in the field. Are there ways you would modify the current uniform?
In mein country it’s verboten for ze soldiers to shtup each other—as ein result, to keep ze cravings at bay, over 80 percent of ze Austrian army vear Dickorette patches as part of zeir uniform. Army uniforms have to change; camo zese days ist ein total nicht nicht. I mean come on, it hasn’t been on ze runvays for over fourteen seasons now! For spring-summer 2010, ich vould put ze U.S. Army in bright pastels und slogan T-shirts, stuff like “Soldier Boy” or “Shoot Me from Behind.”
Dear Brüno, my nostril hairs are constantly poking out of my nose, and I’m always having to trim them back with tiny scissors. I’m afraid if I stop trimming them, they’ll continue growing until they’re ridiculously noticeable and flagellating out of my nose. Should I continue to trim, or is there a better solution?
Brüno was the first Austrian ever to have chemo purely for ze purpose of hair removal. It really is ze perfect solution for unvanted vhiskers—und not only zat, ze weight-loss benefits due to ze womiting it causes are amazing! If you’re struggling to find a doc who’ll give you ein prescription for zis, call min—you can find him in ze Vienna Yellow Pages, his name’s Oskar Mengele. He does other services, too—he just gave mein godson Florian lipo for his sixth birthday!

i just found out that my favorite show gettin cut in 2 seasons. after 7 seasons and 81 episodes, a final 19 episodes were picked up by fx, and will split into two halves airing in both january 2010 and january 2011 marking the end of the series with an even 100 episodes.

i guess after 9 seasons america gets tired of a show. i dont think there is any show that can measure up to the greatness of this show.i guess when i graduate imma have to find something else to watch on tuesdays at 10 >:(
